Hearnote adalah aplikasi untuk merekam atau mengimpor audio, lalu membuat transkrip, ringkasan, mind map, dan tanya jawab dengan AI. Dokumen ini menjelaskan data apa yang kami proses, untuk apa, dan pilihan yang Anda miliki.

1. Data yang kami proses

• Akun: alamat email dan ID akun (UID) dari Firebase Authentication. Jika masuk dengan Google, kami menerima email dan ID akun Google Anda. Kata sandi dikelola Firebase; kami tidak dapat melihatnya.
• Rekaman dan hasilnya (disimpan di perangkat Anda): file audio yang Anda rekam atau impor, transkrip, ringkasan, mind map, penanda, nama pembicara, dan riwayat chat AI. Data ini disimpan di penyimpanan aplikasi dan tidak dicadangkan ke server kami.
• Kuota harian AI: ID akun, tanggal, dan jumlah pemakaian (transkrip dan aksi AI lain) disimpan di Cloud Firestore untuk membatasi pemakaian AI gratis.
• Konfigurasi: aplikasi dapat mengambil pengaturan (misalnya nama model AI) dari Firebase Remote Config, yang memakai pengenal instalasi Firebase.
• Mikrofon: dipakai hanya saat Anda merekam di dalam aplikasi. Audio dari aplikasi lain masuk hanya jika Anda membagikannya ke Hearnote.

2. Pemakaian AI dan pihak ketiga

Untuk membuat transkrip, ringkasan, mind map, dan menjawab pertanyaan, aplikasi mengirim ke Google: audio rekaman (atau bagiannya), teks transkrip, dan pesan chat Anda.

• AI bawaan: dikirim lewat Firebase AI Logic ke Gemini Developer API (Google).
• API key sendiri (opsional): dikirim langsung dari perangkat Anda ke Gemini API memakai key Anda. Key disimpan terenkripsi di perangkat dan hanya dikirim ke Google, tidak ke server kami.

Perlu diketahui: menurut ketentuan Google untuk layanan Gemini API tanpa tagihan, konten yang dikirim dapat dipakai Google untuk meningkatkan produknya. Karena itu jangan mengirim rekaman yang tidak ingin Anda bagikan. Ketentuan lengkap: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

Pemroses data lain: Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Remote Config, App Check) dan Google Play Integrity. Kami tidak menjual data Anda dan tidak memakai iklan atau analitik pihak ketiga.

3. Tanggung jawab merekam orang lain

Anda bertanggung jawab memastikan semua orang yang suaranya Anda rekam telah mengetahui dan menyetujui rekaman sesuai hukum yang berlaku di tempat Anda.

4. Tujuan

Menyediakan fitur aplikasi (masuk, perekaman, transkrip, ringkasan, tanya jawab AI, ekspor), membatasi pemakaian AI gratis, menjaga keamanan layanan dari penyalahgunaan, dan menjaga agar aplikasi berfungsi.

5. Penyimpanan dan penghapusan

• Data di perangkat dihapus saat Anda memakai Setelan → Akun → Hapus akun, menghapus data aplikasi, atau menghapus aplikasi. Keluar dari akun tidak menghapus data; masuk dengan akun berbeda menghapus data akun sebelumnya di perangkat itu.
• Akun Firebase Anda dihapus permanen lewat Setelan → Akun → Hapus akun (lihat halaman penghapusan akun).
• Catatan kuota harian (ID acak, tanggal, hitungan) tidak ikut terhapus otomatis; dapat dihapus atas permintaan ke email kontak di atas.

6. Keamanan

Komunikasi memakai HTTPS. API key disimpan terenkripsi. Akses ke data kuota dibatasi aturan keamanan Firestore per akun. Tidak ada sistem yang sepenuhnya bebas risiko.

7. Anak-anak

Hearnote ditujukan untuk pengguna berusia 18 tahun ke atas dan tidak ditujukan untuk anak atau remaja di bawah 18 tahun. Kami tidak sengaja mengumpulkan data mereka.

8. Hasil AI bisa keliru

Transkrip dan ringkasan dibuat AI dan bisa keliru atau tidak lengkap. Periksa kembali sebelum dipakai untuk keputusan penting.

9. Perubahan dan kontak

Perubahan material akan diumumkan di aplikasi atau halaman ini. Pertanyaan atau permintaan terkait data: support@freylogic.com.

Hearnote records or imports audio and turns it into transcripts, summaries, mind maps and AI Q&A. This page explains what data we process, why, and your choices.

1. Data we process

• Account: email address and account ID (UID) from Firebase Authentication. With Google sign-in we receive your Google email and account ID. Passwords are handled by Firebase; we cannot see them.
• Recordings and results (stored on your device): audio files you record or import, transcripts, summaries, mind maps, marks, speaker names and AI chat history. This data lives in app storage and is not backed up to our servers.
• Daily AI quota: account ID, date and usage counts (transcriptions and other AI actions) are stored in Cloud Firestore to limit free AI use.
• Configuration: the app may fetch settings (e.g. AI model name) from Firebase Remote Config, which uses a Firebase installation identifier.
• Microphone: used only while you record inside the app. Audio from other apps enters only if you share it to Hearnote.

2. AI use and third parties

To create transcripts, summaries and mind maps and to answer questions, the app sends to Google: the recording audio (or parts of it), the transcript text and your chat messages.

• Built-in AI: sent through Firebase AI Logic to the Gemini Developer API (Google).
• Your own API key (optional): sent directly from your device to the Gemini API using your key. The key is stored encrypted on your device and only sent to Google, never to our servers.

Note: under Google's terms for the Gemini API without billing, submitted content may be used by Google to improve its products. Do not send recordings you do not want to share. Full terms: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

Other processors: Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Remote Config, App Check) and Google Play Integrity. We do not sell your data and use no third-party ads or analytics.

3. Recording other people

You are responsible for making sure everyone whose voice you record knows about and agrees to the recording, as required by the laws where you are.

4. Purposes

To provide app features (sign-in, recording, transcription, summaries, AI Q&A, export), limit free AI use, protect the service from abuse, and keep the app working.

5. Retention and deletion

• On-device data is deleted when you use Settings → Account → Delete account, clear app data, or uninstall. Signing out does not delete data; signing in with a different account deletes the previous account's data on that device.
• Your Firebase account is permanently deleted via Settings → Account → Delete account (see the account deletion page).
• Daily quota records (random ID, date, counts) are not deleted automatically; they can be deleted on request to the contact email above.

6. Security

Traffic uses HTTPS. The API key is stored encrypted. Access to quota data is restricted per account by Firestore security rules. No system is completely risk-free.

7. Children

Hearnote is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children or teenagers under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. AI results can be wrong

Transcripts and summaries are produced by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them for important decisions.
